Weekly Asana Classes

Each week, a new asana class will be released for you to practice at any time that suits you. Our practice themes each week are:

Grounding Yoga

Energising Yoga

Balancing Yoga

Yin Yoga

You don't even need a mat! A soft surface with enough surrounding room to move is all that you need to practice with us.

More Than Just Asana

Asana, the physical practice of yoga, is very important when it comes to keeping our bodies healthy and moveable. However, there's way more to yoga than just this one part.

At the Fuller Adventure Yoga Studio, we dive into meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and yoga philosophy. We believe that yoga is a holistic practice, and should cover all aspects from the physical to the mental.

Guided Meditations

Each month, you will receive 4 guided meditations - 2 for our meditation focus of the month, and 2 for our pranayama focus of the month.

Downloadable PDFs

To help you through your yoga practice, you will receive 6 downloadable PDFs each months, detailing the benefits, contraindications, and instructions for all the practices we do.

Monthly Challenge

Building small, consistent habits is such a great way to develop your yoga practice without even realising you're doing it. Each month, we'll start a small, daily practice together.

Not Sure If This Is For You?

An online yoga studio is perfect for many different people for many different reasons.

I created this studio for people who travel regularly and can't make it to a regular studio every week. Van lifers, people who travel for work, backpackers, etc. Being a traveller myself, I understand the need to have a consistent place to practice but not being able to do so.

This isn't just a studio for travellers, though. Busy parents and workers can benefit from having a studio that fits around their life. There's no need to move plans around to make it to a class. You decide when you want to practice.

Lastly, when I first started practicing, I was terrified on walking into a studio full of people. Having an online studio where there was still a sense of community, but I could ease myself slowly into it, would have been perfect. So, this studio is 100% for the anxious or shy types.
